The story will not end up in a sentence. To be honest, I have had my own arrangement on the school's "software".
Some of the items included in the "software" category are:
1. Curriculum
The curriculum will be the national curriculum with some additional known as local material (muatan lokal). The curriculum will be delivered using the inquiry method. The curriculum will use national-content textbooks for the teachers only. Workbooks for the students will be provided.
2. ICT integration
The use of Information and Communication Technology is not in the ICT lab. The school will put the use of ICT within the classroom. There will be no ICT teachers. The class teachers have to be ICT people. The teachers have to be able to think "beyond the future"
3. Teacher-Students-Parents-Teachers = Collaboration
The learning process will be started from the classroom where the teachers and students have their interaction and students have collaboration among themselves. After the classroom process, then the parents and teachers will have communication through the learning management system portal developed by the school. At the end, the teachers will have a clear, thoroughly feedback from the students and parents displayed through the learning management system portal. It is very 21st century classroom without leaving the person-to-person touch-base.
